With our proven business model, we’ve got the right systems and support in place to help make it easy for you to expand.
Longtime retail executive Bill Noble and his team of investors at West Point Optical are redefining what’s possible in terms of scaling up a Pearle Vision operation. West Point Optical manages 70 EyeCare Centers and is continuing to invest. He says that Pearle Vision has been a terrific investment for him because of its recognizable brand name and a business model that rewards franchisees for growth.
“The fact that we’re providing the gift of sight to our patients and customers makes it even more wonderful. There’s a greater good to what we’re doing, and it’s also a phenomenal business opportunity,” Noble says.
Dr. Chris Butcher, who operates three Pearle Vision centers in Oklahoma and six in Florida with his father, Dr. Jeff Butcher, says they appreciate Pearle Vision’s corporate support in operations, marketing and supply chain. “They give me the time to focus more on the things I care most about, which is interacting with customers, our experience and how we deliver that experience,” says Dr. Chris Butcher.
Stella Zilber and her business partner, Alex Trepetin, use Pearle Vision’s business management tools to run stores in both Texas and Missouri while living in California. Zilber started as an optician at Pearle Vision in 1984 and purchased a Dallas eyecare center at the age of 20. Now she owns six EyeCare Centers, provides customer service training to her teams, and manages the businesses by the numbers with the help of her brother and a regional manager.
