Pearle Vision Earns a Second Consecutive Women’s Choice Award

Women's Choice Award Badge for 2020 WinnerThe Women’s Choice Award® has recognized Pearle Vision as top in its category for exceptional customer recommendation ratings for the second year in a row.

In both 2019 and 2020, nine out of 10 female customers gave Pearle Vision the highest satisfaction rating and said they would recommend the brand to their families and friends. The Women’s Choice Award organization notes that recommendations are strong indicators of brand trust and loyalty.

“The female ‘chief health officer’ is our target customer, and so it is very rewarding to see that women report being highly satisfied with the experience they have at Pearle Vision,” says Pearle Vision General Manager Alex Wilkes. “Women expect the highest quality of care for their families and themselves, and we promise to deliver that in our iconic slogan, ‘Nobody cares for eyes more than Pearle.’”

Pearle Vision is one of the largest brands in the optical industry, with more than 500 locations in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. The brand has a proud history of more than 50 years of providing genuine eye care to patients.

The Women’s Choice Awards recognize brands, products and services that are most recommended and trusted by women. Awards are based on surveys of thousands of women and research conducted in partnership with the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Award winners are entitled to display a Women’s Choice Award seal to help consumers identify them easily.

“Our mission is simple. We identify the brands, products and services that are highly recommended, allowing women to identify the best brands,” says Delia Passi, founder and CEO of the Women’s Choice Award. “These brands that earn the award have a high propensity to deliver on their promise. And with so much clutter in the marketplace, coupled with the growing distrust of online reviews, the Women’s Choice Award serves as a trusted endorsement that simplifies consumer choices.”
